The World Press Photo exhibition is the result of an annual worlwide contest. It has become the most prestigious international award for photojournalism in the world.
It offers an overview of how the press gives us the news, bringing together pictures from all parts of the globe to reflect trends and developments.
The exhibition shows photo's of 62 winners with 27 nationalities. There are 10 different categories to distinguish.
