Circuit Park Zandvoort is a motorsport race track located in the dunes north of the town of Zandvoort, near the Nort Sea coast line. The circuit was mainly designed by John Hugenholtz and inaugurated on August 7th, 1948.
Zandvoort hosted F1 racing for 30 years. The last F1 grand prix was held in 1985. Nowadays, Eastern races (April 23 - 25), Pentecost races (June 11 -13), Italia (June 26th), DTM (May 13 - 15) and Master of Formula 3 (August 12 - 14) are the main races.

During events and on sunny days (beach weather), it's best to take the train. So you don't get caught in a traffic queue or have to search for parking space.
Take the stairs up from the platform at Zandvoort station and walk through the station building. At the square in front of the station, go to the right and cross the "van Speijkstraat". At the end of the street cross over diagonally pass the petrol station and follow the road (Burgemeester van Alphenstraat). After 500 metres, you will see the entrance to Circuit Park Zandvoort on the right. It's a 8 minutes walk.
