Luilak is traditional celebrated in the west of the Netherlands, the fridaynight/saterdaymorning before Whitsuntide. Young people wake up saterdaymorning very early to make a lot of noise.

Since decades in Haarlem, that night a traditional flowermarket is organised along a canal in the center. Thousands of people visit this late night flowermarket. Ofcourse, you can buy some drinks and food too.
