Information

Hutspot (Hotchpotch in English), is a dish of bolied and mashed potatoes, carrots and onions.

According to legend, the recipe came from the cooked bits of potato left behind by hastily departing Spanish soldiers during their siege of Leiden in 1574 during the Eighty Year's War, when the liberators breached the dikes of the lower lying polders surrounding the city. This flooded all the fields around the city with around a foot of water. The Spanish soldiers camping in the fields were flushed out.

certainly like your web site but you need to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very bomhresote to tell the truth then again I’ll definitely come back again.

Kaneganese,I think Mr. Kim was just listing all the hiicrostal information he had on Ulleungdo, including the old reference that Usando was to the west of Ulleungdo. I think you have to look at his first sentence to find out where he thought Usando really was. This was the first sentence:鬱陵島在本縣正東海中右于山Here is my translation: "Ulleungdo is in the middle of the sea due east of this Hyeon and to the west of Usan."The character 右 also means "west."
