Location details
Information

A Dutch "uitsmijter" (fried egg) is normally served on top of a slice of buttered bread, often with fried bacon, cold ham or cheese on top, for breakfast or lunch.

It's a common luch dish served in many cafés and luchrooms in Holland. Uitsmijter literally means "out-thrower" and is also the Dutch word for a "bouncher".
